Skulearn prioritizes the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of minor users.

2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Grooming behaviour

  • Harassment

  • Hate speech

  • Sexual content

  • Bullying

  • Sharing personal contact details in private messages without consent

  • Attempting to move minors off-platform

3. MONITORING

Skulearn may:

  • Monitor public areas

  • Use automated moderation tools

  • Review reported content

  • Suspend accounts without notice

Private sessions with coaches are not actively monitored but may be reviewed upon

complaint.

4. REPORTING MECHANISM

Users and parents may report concerns via:

5. RESPONSE FRAMEWORK

Where risk to a minor is identified, Skulearn may:

  • Suspend accounts

  • Escalate to law enforcement where legally required

Before consenting to your child’s use, please note:

  1. Educational Nature: The Platform provides guidance and simulation experiences. It

does not provide accredited education or guaranteed outcomes.

  1. Gamified Simulation : The life-path game presents fictional career and life scenarios.

Outcomes are illustrative only.

  1. Independent Coaches operate independently. Skulearn does not supervise

professional advice.

  1. Community Interaction : While moderation systems exist, no digital platform is

entirely risk-free.

  1. Data Processing : Personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA.

  2. Parental Role : We encourage active parental engagement, discussion, and

supervision.
