Skulearn Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 17 February 2026
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE
Due to the digital nature of most Services, refunds are limited and subject to applicable law.
This Policy must be read with the Terms of Service.
2. FREE PURPOSE COURSE
The 15-module Purpose Course is free of charge.
No refund provisions apply to free access.
3. CERTIFICATE PURCHASES
Certificates of completion are non-refundable once issued.
If a technical error prevents issuance, we will reissue at no cost.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital books and downloadable content:

Are delivered electronically
-
Are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

Cooling-off rights under ECTA may lapse once performance begins
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

Users may cancel anytime via account settings

Cancellation prevents future billing
-
No refunds for the current billing period
6. IN-GAME PURCHASES AND VIRTUAL ITEMS
Virtual Items:
-
Have no cash value
-
Are non-transferable
-
Are non-refundable once credited
-
Remain property of Skulearn
Accidental duplicate purchases due to verified technical errors will be reviewed.
7. COACHING SERVICES
Payments made directly to independent coaches are governed by the coach’s own refund
policy.
Skulearn is not responsible for third-party refund disputes .
8. PHYSICAL GOODS
For physical books and merchandise sold within South Africa:

Customers may return defective goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days for defective products

Goods must be unused and in original condition unless defective
Return shipping for defective goods will be handled in accordance with CPA requirements.
9. DUPLICATE CHARGES
Verified duplicate technical billing errors will not be refunded. User will be allowed to make
another purchase of same exact duplicate charge amount unless otherwise stated.
10. CHARGEBACKS
Users must contact Skulearn before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery action.
