Skulearn is open to ages 13 and up, with two tracks: Teens (13–17) and Adults (18 and older). There is no upper age limit. Skulearn does not accept users under 13.

Yes. Skulearn is free to create an account. Some courses are free; some are free but with a paid certificate. Some other courses, coaching sessions, and digital products are paid, with pricing shown before you commit.

No. Coaches and counsellors on Skulearn are independent professionals, not Skulearn employees. Any coaching agreement is between you and the coach directly.

Once you sign up, you can browse our directory of vetted, expert coaches. You can filter them by expertise, availability, and language to find the perfect match for your specific goals.

Our games are educational and designed to simulate real-world challenges—like financial literacy, emotional intelligence, and career planning—in a fun, interactive, and risk-free environment.

Coaching sessions are 1-on-1 video or audio calls where you discuss your goals, challenges, and action plans with your coach. It's a safe, confidential space tailored entirely to your growth.

Absolutely. Parents can purchase subscriptions or coaching credits for their teenagers, though we encourage the teens to take ownership of their learning journey on the platform.

You can browse digital products, courses, and physical merch in our Marketplace. Add items to your cart and check out securely using your preferred payment method.

Yes, Skulearn is fully responsive and can be accessed via any modern web browser on your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

You can permanently delete your account by navigating to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be removed.
